In addition to the ongoing digitization, the Corona virus has created an extra opportunity to start / work with marketplaces and possibly other types of platforms. In this training / workshop we will look at the possibilities for your company. From a strategy and a business case we devise a plan that is ideal for you to follow. We can help you with this first session and possibly also afterwards with the implementation and setting up of the department and setup of the systems.

For every company that wants to start with Marketplaces and platforms but did not take this step yet. We will map out the possibilities with you and show you how to implement them.
